IHOP Banana Syrup

IHOP Copycat Recipe

1 very ripe banana, mashed
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon dark molasses
1 1/2 tablespoons light corn syrup

Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce to a simmer and continue heating and stirring until you reach desired thickness. Serves 4.
